Up 21 rigs is nothing considering how many were drilling..
659 for oil and 216 for nat gas..
876 rigs total from a high of 1609 ...that's a lot of jobs roughly 100 more and rig count cut 50%
T Boone said rig count would need to drop ...and it did ....but nowhere in that equation was this Iran and Libya crap accounted for..
