I know we were running alittle hard, nad honestly it prolly was less than 20 minutes at wot but I loose track of time when rippen like that. I can understand popping a motor after an hour at wot but 15-20 minutes? With a good cooling system(water and oil) it should handle it. The motor temp never got above normal.

Thats how I wiped out the cam and lifters on both my motors last year, not to mention fubar'd the cylinders on the starboard block I ran a 33mile trip at WOT. Temp never rised, never lost any oil pressure, no signs of any failure until I came off plane and heard the motors ticking like a Mo Fo
