Good luck finding a place Chase910 we love it in Cumming lived her for 14 years and Tina grew up in Alpharetta so she knows the area inside and out. Tina is also an acredited buyers rep so she will look out for your best interest, and the best part for you is its free because she gets paid from the commission the seller pays but still represents you.

I am in a new lake townhouse in Forsyth Co near the dam and love being by the water but I am looking for property on the lake further up 400 towards Dawsonville. I am origionally a southerner but was transplanted into NJ/NY for a few years and upon return, I found that the lake property here seemed much more affordable. My wife works in Doraville and finds the commute easy, not far from Norcross.

KH0302 - What Pachanga do you have? BB or SB, Alpha or Bravo? I am still playing with the modified HP500EFI in mine and have about decided that it is too much for the boat and may do some swaping with the other boat.

I hate it down there.

I you head that way from up north on a holiday, say Labor Day, you'll need a houseboat.

Look out KH0302 and Chit Bird, the south end is where all the action is, unless that is you are to old to have fun. The cove, all the good resturants, parties, etc, etc, etc. Besides you have to have a damn race boat to get up there unless you have all day. Don't listen to them Cig, the south end is where it is.

Tell 'em Twin Screws!
South end is the place to be.
I like the ocean on the weekends!
I'm at the SW end of the lake in a quiet cove in the back of Young Deer Creek.
Been here for four years now and love
it.

Cig, You coming down or what?
Greg
