Well I called them just to check if they had parts I wanted in stock before I ordered them thru the internet.
And after the order was made and I did not hear anything I called them up again just to check that they got my order and that the parts wich was not listed on their website, but was put in as an order thru the notes
when I checked out my order.
I think that is fair when you order parts for 1500 dollars. and have to pay at least 300 dollar in shipping.
You want all the parts you ordered.
I has still not heard anything from them
SO to day I am canselling my order and wil order from Fred (trick marine)

I ordered some billet battery hold downs from them a few months back, and had no issue. Ok, they took about a week longer than i had expected, but it wasnt like i was putting the boat in the next day here in Jersey. I called a couple of times, and they explained that the billet parts were done, they were just making the upright pieces. So it seemed they at least had a clue about my order, which seemed good.
Of course now that Fred is up and running, I'll sure check his inventory before i search elsewhere.
