There is no "program" to "run".

Go to your picture folder e.g. my documents\my pictures\ and locate the picture you want to resize. Right click on the picture and you will see "resize picture". Click this and you will have an option of what size you want. Large works best.

Tips........

When you are in the picture folder, go to the "VIEW" menu up top, and choose "THUMBNAILS". This will let give you a thumbnail view of all the pictures in that folder. Makes it easier to find the pic your looking for.

If you hold the CTRL key down you can click and highlight multiple pictures at a one time. Right click and choose resize....and it will do all that you highlighted at once.

To add to his post, after you selected the new size wanted, it will make a copy of that photo, not replace it. The new picture will be at the end of your pictures in that folder with same name as the original, but will also say (large) afterwards.
