That is 1 beautiful boat, they do an awesome job. I've checked them out, their rigging, paint, usefulness of interior space, rubrail installation, and so on is first class. Jeff Jassby

Stringer and transom rot is a problem in all older boats from Cigs to SeaRays. Center Consoles are especially susceptible cause people tend to give them very little " love" vs. a sport boat that is rarely used and lives either in storage or is covered. CC's demand little and get even less care, every time you check the engines on a sport boat you are likely to notice standing water, there's just no reason to check the bilge of OB CC very often so blocked bilge pumps, dead batteries ect... lead to more saturation problems. The part people love about OB CC's ( very low maintenance ) comes back to haunt them. The no wood construction in the new ones makes them a much better value.

BTW Ran my 36' Concept in a 60 boat poker run last weekend and put a hurt'n on 50 of the 60 boats. It ain't that fast but a REAL 65mph no worry cruise in 2 -3 footers wears most of them down..he,he,he The damn things a hoot !!!
