Here's the latest on Mr. Scott Summeral. He thinks that Tres Martin should pay for the survey because Tres ordered it. Tres Martin and I have known each other since 1987 when I went to work for his father at Everglades Marina. Not only have I watched him mature into one of the most knowledgeable high performance guys around, but I admire him for his no BS ways and the fact that he is so "stand-up".
Tres would never have ordered up the survey unless he was told to by his buyer: Scott Summeral. Tres' only mistake was returning his deposit in full. He trusted Scott to be stand-up, but...
