Well, half of my dream has come through. Scott, bless his heart, has called me and we are communicating and trying to come to some agreement. I think he really wants to pay this and make this go away. He says he has spoken to an attorney and implies that legal action is imminent. What can I be charged with? Maybe expecting to be paid so I can pay my own bills?

well ,it's going to cost him more in "fees" than if he just paid you your 400 clams.
