I'll put up with a few overgrown lizards for this kind of weather in February. 77 here yesterday.

Anyone ever have gator before? I had some at bike week a few years back, a vendor from LA was up and was deep frying it, it was bit "gamy" but all-in-all, not too bad.

The secrete to good gator meat is to get one "just the right eatin' size" as Debbie would say. A four to six footer. And they are much better fresh than frozen.
