Anyone ever have gator before? I had some at bike week a few years back, a vendor from LA was up and was deep frying it, it was bit "gamy" but all-in-all, not too bad.
go to marinate it overnight... dont deep fry it season and bake or broil it will tender n yummy...

Okay last one that was actually knocking at the door one evening. Disgusting ... I know crab is suppose to be tasty, but after looking up close to one ... NO THANKS! Harry!
