I dont know phil ..But ive seen some high end boat dealers act like this .. Chase someone away from a boat for one reason or another ..maybe they have someone else they want to sell it to etc ..
" Oh that things a piece of junk you dont want to buy that" ya because some other guy is drooling over it for 40K more .. Its all a game
And obviously phil knows how to play .. just my 2 cents

Phil is not like that.He will always try to sell you the boat you want,not the one he wants to sell.Also,he never will mislead you just to make a sale.If he doesnt like a boat for what ever reason,he wont sell it.Furthermore,he tells it like it is,whether you like it or not.

Like I said I dont know him and would never knock someone I dont know.. Just generalizing what ive seen done at other marinas.. And honstly I would do the same ..Its business.

I always thought that is why people go into business.
I had a hard time spending the big pay checks, so I went into business so I would not worry about that anymore.
