44 going on 45 ...stretch out ,do 15 min mile ever morning on the tread mill then lift 3 sets on my welden weight machine. less than 1200 calories a day on food intake lost 10 #'s 20 more. I quit smoking last Oct. put on 20#'s
$hit the boat should run faster?

When I quit smoking I weighed 180, now 10 years later Im 225. And thats with a lot of time in the gym, 1200 calories? I inhale more than that just breathing, wow.

Doing the same thing... I'll be 36 in April and have been hitting the weights and treadmill, since December. Hope I'm ready by May when the shirt comes off. The treadmill has got to be the most boring form of exercise ever, don't mind the weights at all though...
