We might have it covered.
There are an awful lot of guys over 6'4" and 200 pounds on this forum.

If another forum were to attack us, they would be in trouble.
Overeaters Anonymous should out weigh us. But their uncencored section would be off the scale!!!!

Maybe this will work for you...

put a piece of excercise equipment like a bike or treadmill, weight machine (whatever you are into) right out in the open, where you will see it everyday. I took the exercise bike out of my "gym" room and put it in the living room.

Now everyday I see that thing and I think.... ok... I've got twenty minutes.

It helps (for me) not having it buried somewhere that I don't go much. I also put a 27 inch TV in my gym so that if I am watching a show or the news I can keep on watching but still get my workout in.

You could always start out at five minutes and just add a minute each time.

The good thing is that once you start getting in the habit it will become, well.... a habit. It will be easier and easier to get er done after a little while.

Good luck.

I was thinking height AND weight.

Had no idea so many of my fellow OSO'rs had to shop in Big and Tall with me.

No wonder so many of us are obnoxious.
We're huge.

When i was a UPS driver, I would deliver nordic tracs to people on 3rd floor apts, they would ask me if I ever used one, I would just laugh and say I just carried a 70 lb box up 3 flights of steps, I dont need it, then would be back in a couple weeks to take it back....
