I've also started "stress boxing" . When I get stressed (which I have been A LOT lately), I go into our workout room and knock the hell out of our punching bag! ~Cat
I tore the punching bag (oops) - I do kick boxing too. Totally agree with you on the stress thing. Great workout for the abs too.

Shag - its nestles for me, not Ovaltine - I like Quick

hpy540 - I didnt realize there was such a contest. I used to be able to jitterbug ... out of practice now

8-10 miles each night on the bike. Salads for lunch, veggie snacks and a light dinner. Weights 3-4 times a week. Want to look good this summer.

But then the weekend comes and I do whatever I want. It's the booze that hurts. I'm at 5-6 boat shows each spring at those are like living in roman times. Each and drink as much as possible and don't sleep for a few days!

Is there an award for largest average forum member?
We might have it covered.
There are an awful lot of guys over 6'4" and 200 pounds on this forum.

If another forum were to attack us, they would be in trouble.

Fund: funny you should say that. I have noticed powerboaters generally seem to be big dudes.

I'm gonna quit working out and start teaching private yoga lessons.

I tell myself every morning that this is the day that I'm going to start working out again.

But at the end of the day it NEVER HAPPENS!
