put on Holley reds at the beginning of the season and have about 20 hours on them no issues yet.

I may be wrong, but as I recall, the weldon 600 can be mounted "above the fuel tank without concern" according to weldon. I bought mine from Kinsler fuel injection in Michigan. It does need a bypass regulator though or it will run the pressure up to about 250 psi if deadheaded.

What do you guys recomend?
I`m thinking that I`ll upgrade all lines to 1/2" and install a regulator for sure.
I`d also like to possibly install a fuel psi gauge on my dash, anyone done this?
Thanks for all replies!

I routinely use mallory marine pump's, sometimes regulated, most of the time the 9 psi pump with a regulator. more affordable than the weldon, wich is a great pump but for higher hp applications and they do make some noise.Aeromotive is also good but stioll a lil pricey, and your not making much power. -10 line from tank to pump. -8 from pump to carb. this reduces aeration and high fuel temps from using small diameter fuel line. always use radiused 90's, not machined.

good luck

I went with an Aeromotive pump, bypass regulator and filter. Mostly due to availability and price. Received yesterday via UPS.
Thanks for all replies!
