There is a grease fitting on the coupler (under a cover), and on the shaft log bearing. Be sure to grease those. The shaft log bearing has a habit of siezing on the drive shaft over winter if water gets in the bilge during the season. Dont ask how I know that!

Gary,
I did grease the fittings on the shafts.. changed oil in the pump, there wasnt much in there.. and poured antifreeze into motor, but not while it was running.. I am thinking I will try it your way.. if I can get it started again...LOL
thanks for the help

The manual says to pour in while running to prevent antifreeze from getting in cylinders. Dont know how important that is.
But it dies make the antifreeze flow in A LOT faster when running. Not sure why, may be a scavanging effect in the exhaust?
Just did mine yesterday.
