22' Sonic Sportster???

They were great little ski boats. They are not made anymore.
Shoot a PM to hpoffshore who posts here in the Sonic forum. He has sold a few and driven a few of them.
I think they were available with a 350Mag or an Outboard.

yup,
available with 350, or outboard, cool interior setup with tiny cabin, sit down center throttle. only reason I dont own one is the bottom is only like a 19* deadrise, wont handle rough water too well.

Did one w/6.2 320hp and acceleration was insane from 40 to 60...topped-out right around 68-70. It's not an offshore boat, but it is a ton-o'-fun. Cool center throttle with high back buckets makes it feel kind of like a race-boat. No experience with the outboard version, though.

Neat boat, never seen one b4.
Looks like a rough ride in anything but glass.

I had a 22 sonic sportster for a few years.
Had a 350 mag, mpi and ran high 60's . flat out.
Nice boat, built and finished well but definitely did not handle rough water well. I boat on Barnegat Bay in NJ and ultimately traded it in on a Cobalt. Do miss the boat though, when the water was relatively flat it was a lot of fun.
I believe it was the same boat that is now for sale on yachtworld.
