Default best drive option

We have bravo xr drives with i.t.s on your boat today, we have broken on xr top gear and we had to replace the top gear housing.

we are in the charter bus sines and therefore we need a more reliable drive setup than the xr drives.

could some one give us an idea what we should buy:
we are running Yanmar 315 hp diesel engines.
we have been looking at these drives

Konrad 540 ( then we need a transmission)
Bmax (does not have 1.5 ratio)
ASD6 conversion
Weismann

I have been trying to get the price for the Weismann drives via E-mail but without any luck, does any one know the price for the Weismann drives?

I allso have been talking with Arneson via E-mail regarding the ASD 6, but I'm not sure that surface drives will work as we drive a lot of time i big waves (5-10 feet) at low speed (25-30 mph).

from what i understand surface drive boats need the center of gravity as far behind as possible (correct me if I'm wrong)

and when we put 18 people on board the CG is moving forward.

Any advice would be appreciated .

boat is 36 feet with tvin Yanmar 315 hp diesel, bravo Xr 1,5 I.T.S and bravo one lab 28" props. top speed empty boat is 59 mph and with 18 people on board is 50 mph

I think the best drive may be made by Hamilton Beech...go with the triples.
