Bryan,
I have had a Stage II Procharger on my boat for four years with no issues related to the Procharger, Procharger, whipple, vortech...all the kits are good but SETUP is the key! Get in touch with Mark Boos at Precision Marine, he is one of the most knowledgable people around.

Who did your installation? I am playing with the idea down here in Eufaula.

I have seen a few of the so called dyno sheets showing it, but for some unknown reason, the boats never showed the benefit of a 100+ hp gain.

The intake won't support the airflow required to make that kind of hp without it being forced and the headers certainly won't. Especially with only 502/509 cubic inches. Call CMI and ask them.

Good Luck.
Not true, I have seen over 670HP from a 540ci engine on the 500EFI platform. That reused the intake and e-top headers.

I did the install with the help of a very knowledgable freind of mine and had Precision Marine remap my ECU. There is really not that much to the install on a EFI motor, just make sure to get the ecu remapped and that you understand how to put the engine in base timing mode and its a peice of cake.

Good deal. I will call Precision Marine. I got someone that has done a few few down here but does not reprogram.

Excal.....I'm not buying. However, I am willing to learn as most of us are. Please post engine specifics including head and cam info along with a dyno sheet with a/f ratios and egts. How much faster did the boat go when installed? Thanks and look forward to the education.
