Is your engine going to be internally or externally balanced? All Gen 4, 5 and 6 flywheels and balancers are for external balance. With your stroker crank, I would think you would be going for internal balance. Which would mean replacing your
harmonic balancer and cutting all weight out of your flywheel for neutral balance.

Is the balance associated with the crank?Do cranks come nuetral, internal or external balanced? If i use a Mark IV flywheel does that mean i use a Mark IV balancer or is this in relation to the crank?

when replacing the crank shaft it is neccessary to rebalance. there are two methodes of balance, external & internal you & your engine shop should decide which is best for your parts combo & use . balancer & flywheel are different for each & never mix , external balance flywheels can be cut to neturel & used for internal balance motors.
