What should I use on the threads of spark plugs going into aluminum heads? I've always used Permatex brand Anti-Seize in the silver/gray tube?

Also, for intake manifold bolts going into aluminum heads in freshwater boating applications, does it make any difference if stainless bolts are used versus zinc plated?

for intake bolts use mercury perfect seal or aviation permatex......
