There are no cold start valves. Where were you getting the fuel pressure readings from? Because the injector pressure is supposed to be around 30-40 and the boost pump pressure should be 5 or so. If your readings are that low you may have boost pump going bad.

as jamie said, check the vst they are know to be trouble some at times

there is a fuel pump with sock in there along with a needle and seat It sounds like the sock is dirty

had similar problems with my 93 efi. turned out to be the high pressure pump. 500.00 part

Well............here's the update...

Took apart the VST yesterday and everything checked out ok...then decided to check the fuel lift pump and found a very worn down lift arm.....I'm hopein this is the problem. Goin to pick up a new pump today......I'll keep everyone posted...

Put the good fuel pump on the bad engine yesterday and she ran fine.....6#'s of pressure...The new fuel pump should be in tomorrow if I can't find one today.

Hopefully this fixes is the stalling problem when it heats up, we'll know Tuesday or Wednesday........
