1 Hour Ten Minutes with three people, Props, Drives, hatch, and both motors on engine stands.

Dam that is fast! I pulled both engines, rebuilt, and reinstalled in a weekend. The only problem is that was a Dream!!

I wish I could pull my engines that fast.

You guys make me want to PUKE ! It takes over a half a day on my boat just to get enough stuff unbolted out of the boat/off the boat to even get to the motor,Smitty

Who has the best way/ devise to pull engines? I am thinking about a I beam on two concrete piers for now. I am interested to see how other people are doing it.

I use a fork lift most of the time, anything that can handle the weight will work fine ive used back hoes, tow trucks, elect hoists ect they all work

The best way I have learned to remove motors is to hire someone else to do it. I'm just to cheap
