454 heads ?

Hello all, I have a set of GenV heads casting 14097088 part number 14096801 are these heads worth porting or enlargeing the valve make make more HP. Does anyone know of a good shop that can do this work or what head to use to gain some more HP under 1000 bucks. Thanks
