I had issues when I first got my boat with the battery going dead due to a faulty Mercathode unit. After adding a second battery and solving my battery drain I installed a pair of jumper terminals (with caps) under the rear seat from Summit Racing. Now when I remove my batteries for winter lay-up I can raise and lower my hatch with a jumper pak. Steve

You can also pull the hinge pins on the rear of the hatch and lift it up from the back side.

Standard on Fountain..they are built into the rear seat with cockpit access.

Easiest way if boat has a 12v power outlet on dash or cig lighter, most boost pacs have same and come with adapter cord to charge from cig lighter in car. Just backfeed to cig lighter on dash.

Downtown 42, You're right, I could've paid a little more and got a Fountain from the start, but I have a hard time subsidizing Reggie's hair treatments !! I'll be out this year if it ever warms up! My house wasn't on the market by the way. Steve
