540 9.2:1 nothing special motor.. MSD Ig.. Timing locked at 34 as per Nickerson.

Seems as if I cracked my MES Starter.

What is my best option? (Under $500)?? Seems like so many to pick from.

I Run A 598 10.25 And A Msd With 34 Deg. Timing Locked Out But I Also Run A Msd Start Retard Box I Just Use A Stock Merc Gear Reduction Starter I Would Put A Msd Retard Box On It 34 Deg Is Hard On Starters When The Motor Is Warm

I think thats what did my starter in.. Now I run a Digital 6 plus box with a 20 degree start retard..
I just ordered an ARCO starter P/N 30470

They said it should be more then enough
