Thanks for help guy's! Hopefully I can find out from whipple where I stand. Dean, go ahead and send the quote. I have a new set of intake vavles, so I may just buy them as is, if I go that way.

I have a set off 502 Gen VI heads- have about 8-10 hrs after freshen up set with new springs -replaced valves as needed, retainers etc.. $ 650.00 for the pair plus shipping from VA -

I have a set of 502 heads I had them redone at the machine shop. I puy about 6 hours on them and I then I bout a pair of brand new AFR heads for the motor. If your interested let me know. My email address is [email protected].

Oh well, I have aluminum heads now and am a happy camper.

I've got a set of HP500 heads. 550 hours and dropped a valve seat (took out my pistons) but didn't didn't ding up the chambers. Would need machining, seats, springs, etc. Make my an offer I can't refuse
