Default What should Fuel Pressure be at WOT?

On a 7.4 mpi.
Seloc manual says 43 @ 1000 rpm w/ no mention of vacuum line.
If it is running WOT, should it be 43 pounds w/ vacuum line hooked up? (Would not try running without it hooked up.)
2000 7.4 mpi 310 horse.

I have a pair of 99's and they run at 40-42 pounds for any rpms over 1200.

Run the same 40-42 at idle when the oil is cold and run 20-22 pounds at idle when the oil is warm.
