looking at a 30 spectre,was wondering how many hrs these 225 promaxs are good for untill overhaul.was also told to stay away from the 2.5 offshores,they blow up to easy

A friend of mine has over 400 hrs on his dual promax 225's. He used to average about 50 on hos 2.5 offshores.

anyone know what the costs of new powerheads are when it's time to replace?

check the drive shafts for rust.
