225 promax with no power

225 promax with no power
got a pair of 225 promax's on my 30 motion.lost power in 1 engine.won't rev over 2000 rpm,sometimes it surges a few hundred rpm but has no power.changed spark plugs,ignition
wires,all fuel filters and still same problem.any thoughts?
