need a little help hooking up my new water pressure gauges . do i hook up beside the starter in one of the 1/4 holes or up on the intake somewhere the old hoses were unhooked and laying on the intake i`ve got a pair sb 350 thanks Donnie

Up the intake is the better place. Down on the block they tend to get pluged with sediment.

so that would be possibly one of the plugs in the thermastat houseing or on the actual intake not used to inboards ran 225 optimax before thanks for help

Some guys will use the T stat housing. I have ports on my intake that I used. Look between the two hoses on the T stat.
The brass plugs on the intake are in the water also
