Default Summit and Jeg's

Do not know for sure if the VC gaskets are the same. GM only shows one BBC part # and Summit says theirs is a GM Performance Part. As they are likely the same, and this is a typical GP/margin for Summit, I am jealous.
Only two major players in the "mail order" HP parts business and all the pricing is posted on the Internet and in catalogs...it smells.

When you torque them down torque them from the center out at 115inch/pounds.I start at lower increments working to 115in/lbs.
When the 115in/lb level is reached it may take a few passes for all the fastners to be at that reading.(I use a 1/4 drive "click" SnapOn torque wrench)
I also run the Felpro steel core gasket and have no problem with them.
