dustin, how come you guys didn't produce a 9.0? therefore, being able to slow the blower down. please explain this in a little bit of detail, i'm trying to figure this stuff out.

the 8.3 is much slower i run a 72 bottom and a 63 top

How much boost is that Bill?

I ran a 90 bottom and a 48 top to make 12 psi and a 46 top to make just under 15 psi with a 5.0 liter on a 598 ci.

5.0 LTR 18,000 20,000 3250
8.3 ltr 11,000 12,000 3250

WOW sounds like you have to get to that max RPM of 20K to make some power

I was at about 12800 rpm blower speed to make well over 1300 hp on 93 octane with a pretty decent size hyd. roller in a 598 ci. That was at 14.7 psi boost. It only took another 8% to make over 2.5 psi more boost at 6400 rpm.(90 bot 48 top vs. 90 bot, 46 top) It came on pretty strong and pretty quick with rpm for only 2 teeth different.
