Yes, I agree. I saw a 565cid tunnel ram, one of RMbuilder's mild hyd roller, AFR 315 CNC ported heads, and 9.3cr make about 720hp @5400rpm on WESCO Dave's "crying towel" dyno with all pullies/accessories running and all.

Soooo.....this is just a guess gang, but I would say more like 850hp minimum---and probably a little more if it had Dominators. But hey, what do I know....I just kill bugs for a living.

Dennis,
What time are you guys heading down? I just tried calling Jim but his message box is full. I kind of wanted to head down but wanted to see what time you guys were going to start yanking on that big hog. LOL... I'm about two hours north. If you get this before you head out today let me know.

The HP 950 carbs (830 cfm) are not going to get you over 800 HP. Check vacuum at WOT and you will most likely be above 2 inches. I bet you would need Dom 1250's with that combo, unless we are talking daul qauds here.

Brian,
He's running dual 950's. I realize the 830 cfm ea. but don't you think he would be OK with two of them. Regardless checking vac at WOT is a good point.
