Yea, try the Bravo 24. It won't be quite as fast or stable on the top end, but it will plane better. Teague also has some Mach Patriots left, you could try one of those.

Waden 54, over a period of 15 years ,my son and I have made a study of props that run well on the 22 Velocity. With a driver and 3 passengers, a 3 blade Mazco 24" Re 3 model, works the best. It has a decent top speed also. For a smooth stable ride, one of the new design 4 blade Trophys with 3 of the 4 vent washers removed will work well. Reynolds Performance Marine in Kentucky has been running some good deals on the Trophys, decent people to deal with also.Good luck, the Velocity is a great boat.

Cord, we got out and ran the boat that warm weekend around the 15th of April. I had just picked up a new design 27"Trophy plus, and I was anxious to try it out. It worked good,it pulled out of the hole real well and I was able to hit the 6200 Rpms,I had hoped to get. I had trouble with My speedo Pitot, turning on me so I wasn't able to get accurate mph readings and my Gps was at home,so will have to slip out this week, and try it again. The balance job from Mercury was real good on this prop, what a far cry from the 28" chopper 2 that I tried last year from Mercury Racing, balance was way out, I couldn't continue to run more than one pass. How are you coming with your new addition.? getting close to splashing it. Frank
