Do you have a sea strainer(s)?

A run without "precharging" the strainer with water can age & wear an impeller quickly.

I went through two also when we removed the pieces you could bend them andthey would break my shop told me merc had some bad ones they were in touch with them by phone and they wanted the pieces.
