Default KPlane indicator adjustment?

Can someone tell me how to adjust the in-dash indicator on K Planes? Both trim tabs are extended down at the same angle. Both pistons measure the same length when extended. Neither cable is in a bind from the helm to the transom. The problem is that my Starbord display reads one digit higher than the Port side at any position except fully up, in the 0 position. Is it adjustable at the guage end or at the tab end? Any help would be appreciated.

Mine are adjustable at the K Plane end. The cable is threaded and has a lock nut. Remove the cable end from the plane, loosen the lock nut and tighten the end onto the cable on the starboard side. See if this helps. On mine this would cause the starboard side number to increase.

Mine adjust by losening the nut at the transom and sliding the cable in or out,you may have to remove packing seal as it tends to stick to the cable.
