Here's another for you.

We are now getting into areas that. ..for me are what give my customers an edge. . .just last night I had a customer set 2 track records in circle track in Canada with my sticks. He now has a competitive edge.. . he didn't before. He paid for that edge. He didn't even question what I would do next for him with a dirt late model. . .just do it and bill me. The trust has now been earned. This is my satisfaction. . but it also allows me to buy my toys with the money that is earned. Plus money over the last 10 years has paid for the $20K in software design charges I have had to pay out to put paper calulations into a program.I don't mind to answer questions, as those of you that have e-mailed or called know, I'll spend as much time helping as I can, but I have a mortgage to pay. I hope you understand where I am coming from. I would not expect anyone to tell me how. . .I expect learn it with trial and error.

The LAST thing I want to do is to get wrapped up in this clusterphuck. However, for a very long time, Morel lifters did come in a plain white box. I was getting them straight from John Callies of Morel, not Straub, so i know they were Morels. Some boxes had a Morel sticker on the side and some didn't. The lifters had no markings on them anywhere to define them as Morels. I'm certianly not trying to take up for or defend anyone, just mentioning something. I don't know if Straub's were Morels or not. I never saw them.

White boxes would be GS Products. These lifters have a label on the end of them. Not fancy but a very good product.

I hope your not confused anymore. Your information doesn't seem to be correct. If you need anymore clarification let me know.

Thanks Eddie!!! Glad to see a real builder show us what he got. Shows another lie from straub. As all can see from the Straub quote, he said I was "confused" about Morels coming in a plain white box. So god knows what Tom got. Maybe morels, maybe GS, maybe some junk from china. Seems Eddie was the smart one and bought them direct, while Tom made a mistake and bought "something" from a shyster.

Program from back in 1988.....tells you what lobes from Bullet in 2011 to use......

Then, this year you won't answer on performance boats to your bodyguards that this program exists.

Also, if by say you do have a program that spits out lobe area, surely you can't go to the Bullet Cam Catalog (which you use) to find lobes with the same lobe area. How can you know the lobe area off of just seat, .050" duration, .200" lobe duration, and max lift ? That's just three duration vs lift points. Lobe area ? Don't think so !
Using UltraDyne lobes at that (Bullet)

Did they design newer lobes ever?

Crane and Comp have some of the best lobes out there in my opinion. I am partial to the Crane, because I know their lobe designs and whats needed to control them, but a few Comp lobes for the small blocks hang with the Crane's although I have not found a series of lobes to beat the Crane or Comp's

For a while, Crane lifters came in a Crane Box, engine builders got a cheaper white plain box. Same lifters, just different boxes.

Now they are the same, and Crane has made their Ultra Pro Lifters even nicer than they were. I have two sets of the new ones we have used, and two sets of our own
