The exhaust seat probably went first then the piston sucked water in around the exhaust valve. It doesn't look like it ran much with water getting in. I'm optimistic that your carnage will be pretty much what you are showing now.

This motor only had about 30 hours on it.
I think your right. It appears that I had a detonation problem as well... Seat may have been loose for a while, finally dropped out and jacked everything up. #7 piston is pretty thrashed, and is partially collapsed. The pin boss is partially collapsed because It takes a fair amount of effort to move the rod on the piston.
4 pistons need to be replaced, and I'm not sure if I can buy 4. might have to buy a whole set. I'll call SRP in the morning. #7 cylinder will have to be Sleeved. If I have to buy a whole set of pistons, I'll just bore it to .060 over and put it back together.
Heads will need to be milled more (already took .020 off them) to get rid of the debris field... and it might be a lot. and all this IF the head is not cracked, and another seat can be pressed in succesfully.

The pic below shows the burned underside of the #7 piston (left). All the others were clean as is the right hand one. HMMM!
