You can get some insta trim biodegrable stuff from the insta trim site. I just use ATF fluid or trim fluid in mine. Actually sinci I have started to use the trim fluid, some small leaks I have had stopped. Dont fill the cylinder all the way up fill it to about 1/2 way (middle between add and full lines). Just remeber to work the tabs 5-6 times after you refill to get any air out of the lines.
