Were the affected valves intake, exhaust, or both. How many valves (total) suffered creep deformation?

Both, exhaust and intake was affected, most on cyl#3 and 6 ,the rest was closing but only 3 intake and 3 exhaust valves was normal , valve seats exhaust on cyl # 7 and 8 has a crack,wrong timing and valve clearence ?

i would say timing,,i would still pull the injectors and have them checked,,take them to DPI in miami,,jim is a member here and can folw check the injectors..good guy!
