steep overdrive,at like 70mph thing tachs at around 1500rpm.plus its very small throttle opening/lean cruise afr's.

I'll take a stab at it, but it probably only takes 35-45hp for a Vette to cruise at 65mph. So,,,,very light throttle, very high vacuum, very little oxygen/fuel in that combustion chamber....ie:very low cylinder pressure.
If you know the Cd and frontal area I'll calculate it with a rolling load estimate.

I would say around 2.2M, .280 Cd...

BTW, a ECOboost can run 1600EGT for hours on end with no issues - if you have proper cylinder distribution and the proper timing, 12.8 won't hurt one bit, especially with piston squirters.
