I trust my guy @ High Flow heads to set em up for my application but I also like Teague and the way they set up their heads for blown applications.

Why settle for less? Bob Teague spent some time at the ARF factory and helped develop a program for what we like to call a true HIGH PERFORMANCE CNC MARINE HEAD.
All the heads in stock are madewith 3/8 exhuast valves instead of 11/32 because we think that the thicker valve stem is much stronger especialy for the punishing heat and rpm most high performance motors make.
With this CNC program you get THICKER VALVE SEAT WIDTHS for more surface area to transfer heat.
A chamber of 124cc instead of 121cc, the bigger chamber drops static compression so you can run more boost and the custom chamber design also picks up exhuast flow to make more power on blower motors.
So as you can see by some of the things we do different on our CUSTOM CNC AFR HEADS from the AFR heads you can buy somewhere else you not only get a much stronger set of heads but a more POWERFULL set of HEADS.
These are the same heads that we use on every motor we build and they are available to you. Why settle for less ? There is no reason, just buy the best...........
I have them in stock

We ordered my AFR fully cnc'd heads bare. Before Dave W assembled the heads, the first thing he does is measure everything on the heads. He said the valve seat concentricity on my heads were right on, but he said the valve guide clearances were a little too tight and he had to ream/hone them to the tolerances he likes for a marine hi-perf engine. We used titanium retainers w/the machine hardened locks, spring locators, hi quality Isky springs installed with 250lbs on the seat----they're in plastic bags ready to be installed on the blocks....we're waiting on the solid cams to be shipped in from Bob M.

Getting your crank polished is good but the cost is heavy.
