Sorry for it being sideways, my Mac is down and I had to load it from my phone. You should be able to save it and just rotate it.

Was on their FB page just now looking around. They certainly dont appear to be new to the offshore world/engine building game.

I agree, they seem pretty legit. On their website the NA engines are using Eickert headers which tells me they know what's up for real power. If those Dyno sheets appear legit then I'd say their numbers are very impressive for a 510.

The heads had CNC chambers only. Ports were "as cast" per the rules.
Here's the cam doctor report from the supercat cam we removed. .842" lifter with a .750 wheel. 55mm cam:

I had a triple 40' Hustler, had built 3 509 with Dart heads ported by a very reputable guy for velocity, 10:1 pistons, performer rpm intake matched to heads, Holley carbs done by nickerson, sorry but dont remember the cam specs off the top of my head. Best parts I could get as far as lifter springs push rods. Motors all dynoed out between 684-690 hp with dyno headers at 6000 rpm, carried the power pretty flat, was 650hp + at 5500 rpm.
Torque was about 650 ft lbs at 4800-5000 rpm if my memory serves me right.

They were great motors, never gave me a lick of issues for years and few hundred hrs. Sold them with the boat and to my knowledge still running perfectly.
Everything just matched perfectly and the carbs were awesome for idling and docking and running around.

It is possible to be at or very close to the 700 hp mark with reliable 509 with manageable rpm levels.

509, dart 310 heads, id imagine a healthy cam in it based on the powerband. Be nice to know more info on the rest of the build

Edit. Just noticed its a 651 cam. That is a healthy cam for a 509
Isn't that bigger then my cams?

Yea, the 651 is 244/256 on 114 LSA. Your cams, are 241/246 112 LSA. Also, you have a 4.25 stroke 540ci. Not shocking that this engine is making power to 6200, and yours was dead at 5500. And your peak torque was much earlier.
