Did you instal low pressure sender and dash warning light. Cheap insurance. Set from factory at 3 psi

Those running a mechanical pump what are you running for a fuel pump push rod?
bronze tip? Roller? Assuming you're also running roller cam.

I use a bronze tip with baker pump. No problem in 100hrs.

cv products sell a great block mount fuel pump good with e 85 but its a little costly. Around $400 i believe

The Holley billet pumps and regulators are also nice. Used them on the past 4 engines and liked them a lot.
