As much as these engines cost to build or rebuild, isn't a 100 bucks foolish not to spend..............If its a 350 for an 86 suburban go cast and put the hundo in the tank

I just wanted to bring it up that their standard firing order hyd rollers are cast yet their 4/7 swaps are billit. Just seems odd. My last custom comp billits were very nice however curious about Howard's. The 100.00 difference in billit over cast core I honestly think I spent in beer last night. I'm feeling the pain today trust me.

Comp cams has probably the most extensive line of BBC hydraulic roller and solid roller lobe profiles I have seen. But generally speaking, most of the typical lobes are available from all the big cam companies. Crane, Comp, Lunati, Howards, etc.

Comps endurance specialist is David McCarver. If you're interested in talking to him, I can text you his email address.
If you have his direct number would be great. Tks

You need a billet core because the single swap and double swap are easier on the valve train............but Im no cam expert
