The 23 Nova should be in the 50+ range. RPM is too low. Try a 21 mirage. They are great riding hulls. Also For the record when doing a top speed run bump trim and watch for a few. Do this over and over the boat will increase speed. The one bump you do where it drops a little is too much. Bump it back down and mark it
