Sounds like you've thrown everything normal at it, and then some. I like that inertia socket from IR, or you need a torque multiplier.

The Dewalt 20V puts out 300 lb.ft of torque. I've seen it snap ARP wheel studs in reverse with a bound up lug nut.

Buy one from Lowe's or HD and return when you are done.

I’m going back old school with some 1 1/2” square stock this afternoon. I’ll cut a 4 footer and put all I’ve got into it after heating up again. I’m pretty certain I’ll snap off the end of the breaker bar. 🤣

You need a heavy wall impact socket and that race track air impact. Get the bolt scary hot with your torch and then hit it with that impact. Scary hot means you think its on verge of melting. You won't melt it with map gas, but try, then hit with the impact with heavy wall socket. The thin wall ones suck. Did a side by side test with cordless impact and lug nuts. Thin wall would not budge them, two different impacts. Grabbed a "impact" socket and they came right off. Never thought it made a difference, it does!
