You nailed it power from dash and was pulling power some how threw the trim sensor on the Vessiel Veiw that trim works off of a 5 volt reference just like the tps. Unplugged trim sensor back by the motor draw on the TPS sensor 100% gone!! I will rewire the correct way with relay!
