While the injection side of things might have changed somewhat (dependent on budget), the basics of head and cam selection haven’t at least in the world where most of us play (sub 6k rpm, pump fuel, bbc). I’d at least give that thread a good read - same with Smitty’s MPI threads.

I see it looks like your running Holley multi-port and throttle body setup, could I purchase the setup from you or can you recommend which one I would need? My engine is already at the local machine shop, it is .030 (509cid) with a 9.3-9.5:1 compression so I want to be sure I complement it with the proper cam and EFI system. Yes I would like to run a bit quicker up top but I want to be sure I retain my bottom end tq as I do not want it lazy out of the whole.

I wonder if they upgraded Sniper? I was inquiring about the multi-port and then Holley tech wrote me this back. I still plan to take your suggestion going multi-port with HP but do I use the 4150 or 4500 flange TB kit?
